As a part of a Small Business Management course that I was enrolled in this past fall semester, teammates and I had to collaborate to “twist” one industry with another. This team project was unlike any other that I have ever been a part of and showed me the importance of teamwork on a whole new level. Having to decide on an industry, develop a game plan for twisting or pivoting with another industry, as well as the outreach work with local community businesses took teamwork and cohesion beyond imagine.
